Local game saves

Free campaign progress, earned credits, XP, research, settings and a purchase-entitlement cache stay on your device. RELAY does not send the full campaign save to a developer server. A legacy save may be read from local app preferences to migrate it.

RELAY has no separate app account, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK in the reviewed implementation. Apple Accounts are used for Apple's purchase and iCloud services.

Private iCloud purchased-credit wallet

When enabled, RELAY stores purchased-credit records and paid-funded research receipts in your private iCloud database. These include product and transaction identifiers, credit amounts and remaining balances, refund or revocation state, project and operation identifiers, credit contributions and dates.

The app uses an opaque iCloud account identifier locally to check account changes. Verdo does not have a developer-accessible copy of your private wallet in the reviewed implementation. Apple processes information needed to provide iCloud and App Store services under its own privacy policy.

This wallet is not a full campaign backup. Removing local app data can remove free progress. Removing private iCloud data can affect credit and paid-funded project recovery. Contact support before deleting data if you have a purchase problem.

Apple in-app purchases

Apple handles checkout and payment information. RELAY uses verified purchase records to deliver items, check entitlements and apply available refund or revocation updates. RELAY does not ask for or receive your full payment-card details.

Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases go through Apple.

Website hosting

This website runs on Cloudflare. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical information such as IP addresses and request details. This Worker does not set cookies, store visitor records, run tracking scripts or send analytics events.

Cloudflare's service and security processing is separate from that Worker code. Its handling depends on the hosting configuration and its privacy policy. Provider logging and retention settings still need confirmation.

Support email

If you email support, Verdo receives your email address and the message and attachments you send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. The email service also processes that correspondence. Send only information needed for your question.

The support email provider, legal basis and retention arrangements still need confirmation. No fixed retention period is promised in this pre-release notice.

Privacy questions and deletion

You can ask about support correspondence or request its deletion by emailing support@verdo.uk. We will assess the request and explain any records we need to keep. This does not delete your Apple Account, Apple's purchase records, local saves or private iCloud data.

Apple's App Store privacy label describes data collection under Apple's app-specific rules. It does not mean that hosting, support email or Apple services process no information.
